Service

Magic Receptionist provides voice-agent answering for inbound business calls. We make commercially reasonable efforts to keep the service running. Outages happen; we keep your fallback (existing line / voicemail) intact.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the service for legitimate inbound business calls and to comply with the Fair Use Policy. Outbound dialing campaigns, robocalls, or harassment are forbidden.

Billing

Plans renew monthly. Per-minute overage is billed in arrears. You may cancel at any time; the current billing period is non-refundable.
