• Voice recordings + transcripts of inbound calls (with disclosure to the caller).
• Account information for tenants (business name, contact email, billing details).
• Aggregate usage metrics (calls per month, minutes used).

What we don't do

• Sell your data.
• Train AI models on your call recordings or transcripts.
• Share data with third parties except subprocessors required to deliver the service (voice infra, email).
